We’ve got Mags volunteering in Annie’s stead at the reaping and Peeta in a circle of knife throwers during training. The forehround victors are Enobaria and Brutus, the background victors are Gloss and Cashmere.

I don’t know if you meant the District 12 victors or the Reaping in general so I went with District 4 when Mags steps in to take Annie’s place, which I think is one of the more significant events of the Reaping (second only to maybe Cecelia from 8 and her children).
Look at poor Finnick. He knows either way he’s losing someone he loves. I had fun designing the male victors from 4. They’re a mixture of pirates, surfers and Waterbenders. I imagine there to be more female victors, but I was lazy.
